What are according to you the keys to Chobani’s success ?
SB: “Chobani’s commitment to delivering a quality product to its customers has been key to our success along with our investment in our manufacturing facilities, our plants and equipment and our constant product development and innovation.”
What are the main challenges ?
SB: “The main challenges of this project for us have being able to deliver the quality product which we have now. What we are doing in Australia is unique and has specific challenges. So we need to make sure that we get the fruit and the yogurt in the right place in the cups to deliver the quality to our customer. So we work closely with Nova to develop a machine which enables us to do that better than our existing machine does. To do that we have looked at different nozzles with Nova.”
How important is production output to you?
HR: “Chobani’s has over the last five years, our output and sales needs have grown extensively and because of that, to be able to produce a product to an efficient manner which was hygiene in our equipment and being able to clean…?As little maintenance as possible is what we want in our equipment, we want to keep the machine running consistently 24/7. Most of our facilities in New York or Idaho, we want a machine and piece of equipment we can rely on and strive to keep us on the marketplace.”
What were the main reasons that led you to choose Nova?
HR: “We chose Nova because Nova is a world class in filling production machinery. They are able to work globally across the world with a lot of ease. Working with Nova we needed as a very smooth transition for us and still is as we are growing and expanding across the world.”
